On Saturday 6th January 2018, Manchester Metropolitan University students and staff we will be taking part in Global Hands 5K Run4Africa.

We are expecting over 1000 runners and all the proceeds raised from this run are going towards developing an Education Trust Fund to support underprivileged children.

Global Hands is a social enterprise set up by staff and students at De Montfort University in Leicester. They aim to tackle issues regarding local and global issues by raising these concerns through community engagement. They also support people to build their capacities.
