We aim to drive from John O'Groats to Land's End in Morris Marina's and Ital's to celebrate 50 years since the model was launched. We have 12 teams who aim to participate in 24 hours of driving virtually non stop.

On the way, we thought it best to try and raise some money and we figured trying to raise £1177.29, which was the cost of a new Morris Marina TC Saloon in 1971 including purchase tax, should be the minimum amount we should aim for.

Anything up to £1177.29 raised will then be put to a worthy cause as agreed by the club members. If we are lucky enough to raise more than this amount, then after the initial £1177.29 is put to one cause, the remaining amount will be split equally between worthy causes as detailed in the club magazine or check out our Facebook page for details. @morrismarinaownersclub

I personally would love us to raise £5000. Or 50 lots of £100 - £100 for each year since the Morris Marina was launched.
