Story
Mirfield Cricket Club offers sport, recreation and social benefit to a wide cross section of the community.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak the ECB has suspended all forms of cricket for the time being. With no clear timeline attached to their decision we are unsure when we will be able to begin playing again.
During the closure the club still has operating costs and most of our income comes from bar takings, which is currently not possible. The club is trying to raise money for repairs, maintenance and essential ground work which still needs to be done.
We want to ensure that when we come out of the other side of these extraordinary times we are ready to welcome back all of our members and visitors.
