MINT - Men In Need Together is a Mens Mental health organisation to help men struggling with depression, anxiety, mental illness or just struggling with day-to-day life.

MINT was born from tragedy, when a close friend took their life. I felt I’d failed him as a friend and that I was unable to return the favour he so lovingly gave me, a second chance.

We at MINT decided it was time that this had to end, men taking their lives and struggling everyday alone or in hiding. We now provide free men’s mental health support groups to any man that is in need of help.

We started off with one support group in Morley, Leeds but now we have 10 groups from Irvine, Scotland all the way down to Weymouth in Dorset.

We are now looking to provide 1-1 counselling with trained counsellors for a fraction of what it would usually cost outside of the NHS. We are going to use the money we raise to offset the cost of the counselling making it more affordable to those that need it most.

We are going from strength to strength, but if it wasn’t for people like Ryan and the team at Mind Health Solutions then we wouldn’t be where we are today helping men overcome their demons 💚
