Millington's Magical Barn is home to 50 rescue animals. All of them have been saved from instances of abuse or neglect, factory farms or in some cases direct from slaughter. Two of our residents however have needs that go beyond the rehab and love we provide at the sanctuary as they have disabilities. Sunshine the sheep is mostly deaf and completely blind whilst Star the lamb is currently undergoing groundbreaking treatment to enable her to walk with the use of a prosthetic leg.

We can care for these two ladies with our limited accommodation however it is our goal to be able to provide sanctuary to more disabled animals in the future therefore in 2021 we will be running a series of fundraising events to raise money to build specialist accommodation to provide our special needs residents optimum comfort as they live their lives in sanctuary with Millington's Magical Barn
