Bashley Football Club, founded in 1947 is famous as the village team that, in the past, climbed high in the FA League pyramid and reached the semi-final of the FA Vase. We aim to reach those heights again, with two adult teams, a under19 youth team and a newly formed under 14 Girls team. Our floodlights and pitch need immediate attention as we cannot operate as a football club without both being in serviceable order. Our appeal for their repair is on behalf of the young men and women whose development, welfare and community spirit through football, is at stake.
