We're Gus, Andy, David, Andy, Steve and Rich, a bunch of 40+ ish blokes who train together and are doing the Great Knaresborough Bed Race on 8th June 2024.

We're raising money for this cause as our Personal Trainer had her baby boy 6 weeks early and this unit have provided amazing support.
