Reaching is a non-profit organisation which strives to combat isolation, promote conectedness, improve living conditions and well being through empowering compassionate relationships.

Reaching CIC has been established to take over the work of Reaching Out which was a short term project funded by Stoke on Trent City Council as part of POST-COVID relief. We established a model of practice which requires careful assessment, planning and joint working which has proven to be a successful model of service provision over the last 18 months having received referrals for over 321 unique beneficiaries.

We are planning to climb Snowdon as a team to help raise money to support our clients. Together with your generous donations we can help make a difference!!
