I myself years ago was a victim of abuse from my daughters father. Threatened to be shot, stabbed and killed. I eventually left with my daughters who were 8 and 6 then. I fortunately managed to resource the help I needed through womans Aid

I have a few male friends who have been victims of abuse. It's not recognised the same and there is not the same resources offered to them.

Whether male or female people need help

I have numerous health issues, no cartlidge in my right hip and walking a mile believe me is a challenge but I pledge to do this every day in December
