I've raised £19000 to Get Stem cell therapy in Panama

My Name is Michelle, I'm 39, a mum to 2 amazing kids and have a super supportive partner
I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis ( RA) for almost 12 years
R A is an autoimmune disease. This means your immune system – which usually fights infection – attacks the cells that line your joints by mistake, making the joints swollen, stiff and painful.Over time, this can damage the joint itself, the cartilage and nearby bone. It also effects your organs.
After having my daughter by emergency c section it got worse. I have damage to multiple joints, i struggle to walk and lots of little things like putting my hair up, getting in and out the bath and carrying things.
I became a client for an amazing charity called Brighter Futures that really helped me in those dark times. Having this disease, not having family in jersey and a new born was really hard on me and the family. I now work part time for this amazing charity
My mental health has been up and down due to the pain, lack movement due to damaged joints, which means that I have had to rely on those closest to me for support. Its hard to see yourself losing who you used to be. Cbd oil has been a life saver on my mental health and pain relief, but the damage is still there.
I wanted to go to the UK to get a type of stem cell called Lipogems on harley street, however lipogems stem cell isn't the best for auto immune, so the stem cell treatment in Panama is the way forward for me.
I am putting myself out there and making myself vulnerable which isn't easy. Getting this treatment before I hit 40 this year would be AmAzinG. I want to keep walking for as long as I can. For me and my familia.
