Story
Sergeant Major Michael Williams, of 2nd Battalion The Parachute Regiment, was killed in a fire fight with the Taliban in Afghanistan on June 24. A beloved member of the Bedwas Community the new garden attached to the BTM community offices will be named in his honour. We are trying to raise funds to build a lasting memorial within the garden for family, friends and members of the community to remember mike.

Absolutely amazing in just 2 weeks we have reached our target! Thank you to each an every one of you have donated. Any money collected after this will go towards the maintenance of the memorial. The tickets for his memorial concert are now on sale at £10 each - please let me know if you would like any x

I would of loved to of attended the memorial concert but was unable to do so I'd like again to donate ..but this time the attendance fee. The memorial garden is a beautiful reason. Respect.
