Iʼve raised £400 to help pay for expenses for the funeral of Michael Finnerty. Any funds leftover will be donated to a charity of Michaels family’s choosing.

Story
Michael was diganosed with throat cancer and fought against it for as long as he could. Even though he was quite poorly he still managed a smile and a funny story for anyone he met. He was a very good friend to many. He enriched the lives of everyone who knew him. He knew he wouldnt have much time left and spoke to me about struggling with costs for his funeral, money was tight and sadly he wouldnt have the time to save. Unfortunately we werent able to hold the fundraiser we had planned to help Mick out due to the outbreak of covid-19. So we are trying to raise as much as we can now, any amount you can afford would be wonderful and a huge help to make sure Mick has the send off he deserves.
