I've raised £5000 to Mentality THIS IS OUR OLD PAGE For 2020. Please visit our 2021 page 🙏🏻

The affects of adverse Mental Health and suicide have become a world wide crisis, WHO (The World Health Organisation) have predicted that 2020 will see a huge increase in suicides, rising the tragic number to one every 20 seconds.
With the current pandemic keeping the world locked in and adding to the peak of mental illness, a new support group has launched to bring comfort to those who are feeling alone, a voice to those who have no-one and encouragement to communities to unite as one.
Mentalitys main aim is to drive down adverse mental health issues by increasing awareness through a collective of people that want to reach out and help those affected .
We're a small group of people from different backgrounds, each have a story to tell with unique knowledge and experience, we have overcome our own challenges and want to help others to do the same.
With access to a group of trusted professionals, contact lines and approachable, relatable people to talk to, MENTALITY will provide help via an online presence and community based events, which will gather people from all walks of life, providing the openness to talk, listen and be heard.
On Sunday 30th of August (pending restrictions being lifted) a walk of approximately 24 miles from Waterloo bridge to Westerham, Kent, will take place to raise awareness for mental health .
This fundraising walk and talk event will finish at Westerham sports and social ground, where a family tea party will be arranged.
