I've raised £5000 to donate to Prostate Cancer UK and Scottish Disability Golf & Curling.

On Saturday 3 February 2018, the University of St. Andrews Men's Golf Club will be attempting to drive a golf ball the length of the UK, a total of 874 miles (or 1,538,240 yards) in just 12 hours straight, with the help of our partners at the St. Andrews Indoor Golf Centre. We have an initial target of £5,000 with all proceeds being equally split between Prostate Cancer UK and Scottish Disability Golf & Curling - two fantastic causes with close connections to our club.
Our efforts aim to support better treatments, diagnosis, support and prevention of prostate cancer for men across the UK, as well as a local Scottish charity that provides golf training and organised events, for anyone of any age, with a disability. By mobilising as many members of the Men's Golf Club as possible, and using a Trackman and Skytrack system, we're aiming to hit 6153 drives of 250 yards to reach our target within the 12 hours.
