I've raised £500 to Make Max smile

Max was diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma in July 2018. This is a rare and highly malignant cancer type. In the UK less than 60 cases are reported a year. To put it in perspective, the specific type of rhabdomyosarcoma that Max has is even rarer and is found in one in every million children.
After his first appointment at Great Ormond Street Hospital, Max had ultrasounds, bloods, X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, a biopsy, surgery, further scans, bone marrow biopsies and more procedures. Most of these were under general anaesthetic and all crammed into the first couple of weeks of his journey. Then he started Chemotherapy.
Let’s remember Max has just turned 5 years old! But lets also remember he is a fighter. He’s working his way through his chemo and things are looking positive. It’s by no means over, but to date they don’t think the cancer has spread. Max is on the final stretch of his treatment
Some wonderful people agree Max is ONE IN A MILLION and have donated awesome thank you gifts in the hope we can raise some money for him. These funds will be used for Max. To help him keep up with school work at home or to buy him a games console (rumour has it he loves Super Mario).
