For those of you who don't personally know matthew & James they are my twin Sons born prematurely at 31 weeks & have both been diagnosed with cerebral palsy. They both love being outside and We are currently trying to fundraise to resurface our patio to make it safer & more useable for them when they are in their chairs standing frames & walking frames and also to install a ramp for easier access in & out of the house.
