I have set this page up with the consent from Matthew, Cara and his family!

For those of you that are unaware, Matthew (Matty) unfortunately had a very serious accident on Friday 9th June.

Devastatingly, Matthews injuries are life changing. Matthew, Cara and his family are facing a difficult road to recovery ahead of them, however I have no doubt Matthew will face this head on in true head-strong, determined Matthew style!

Matthew, Cara, Chloe, Howard, Norma, Jo and Lee all appreciate the love, support and well wishes from everyone at this difficult time.

People have been brilliant and everyone is asking what they can do to support or help Matthew and his family, which I’m sure you can appreciate is difficult as there’s not much we can do at this time.

However, Cara is by Matthew’s side in the hospital at the moment and as you can imagine they have a lot to deal with, so if we can give them one less thing to worry about that will help massively.

I have set this page up to be able to offer them some financial reassurance and support to help take away any worry, stress and concern they may have and this will help them while they are both concentrating on and adapting to recovery process as well as help towards rehabilitation, prosthetics, medical aids and anything else that will assist Matthews recovery.
