Care Workers CARE not for the wage, which is an insult to their professionalism and skill but because they are passionate about giving helping hands to vulnerable people in society.

When I see Care Workers, their exhaustion speaks volumes but still they wear a smile on their faces. More often than not, they are up at the crack of dawn to complete their visits, many having to catch 2-3 buses to visit the homes of vulnerable people in Stoke On Trent and Staffordshire. Unless you have done this, you don't know how physically and emotionally challenging caring for others can be, especially when money is tight and even the basics of warm thermal clothing cannot be bought. Our aim is to kit our much loved care workers out in thermals for the upcoming winter months. To help them, carry on caring when we can't be there for our own loved ones.
