Suicide is the biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK*. I learned this shocking statistic after my good friend Jonathan unexpectedly took his own life last year. In his memory Jonathan's family have set up a charitable foundation, Jonathan's Voice, to work with organisations to promote mental well being in the workplace.
