MATCH FOR MIND 2024 - 1/09/2024 | PEN-Y-POUND STADIUM

This is the second Match for Mind, as this year we are not only raising for Mind Monmouthshire but will be raising funds and awareness for Motor Neurone Disease charity.

We have decided to support Mind Monmouthshire once again, as we believe mental health is an important topic, and should be discussed more frequently🤝

1 in 4 people have mental health problems, and most of us don’t get help. Many of us have been directly effected by the issues in mental health. If we can help one person talk to someoone and get the help they need, then we will have done something great.

💬 ITS OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY 💬

We have chosen to support an MND charity for several reasons. On a personal level, someone close in our lives has been diagnosed and effected by the disease, and we have seen the profound impact it had on their life. This personal experience has driven us to raise awareness about the disease and contribute to research efforts aimed at finding a cure. Additionally, I believe in the importance of improving the quality of life for those living with MND through specialized care and support services. By joining this cause, I also hope to be part of a community that stands together in the fight against MND and honours the legacy of those we have lost."

We aim to fundraise as much money as we can, raise awareness for these amazing charities, and together, host a successful event🤟
