I've raised £8000 to finishing touches and items for the completion of Masjid al-Bushra in Hayy al Kharabsheh, Amman, Jordan.

Assalamu alaykum Ahl al-Tariqa,
The latest on the opening of Masjid al-Bushra is that an official ceremony has to be conducted under the auspices of the Ministry of Endowments. As a few people needed for this procedure will be on Hajj, the official government opening of the masjid has been moved to September 7. However, the Ministry has no objection if people begin praying the five prayers before that if the masjid is ready to go. So, as soon as the carpet is down, the prayers will begin, inshallah. This should be before the 28th. We are intending to begin carpeting on the 15th, inshallah, starting with the balconies and then moving down to the main hall.
Some people have asked me if donations are still needed. We are genuinely almost out of money and need a few more thousand to cover the shoe racks which are going to be made from the same yellowish stone that cover the walls downstairs and a creamy marble for the balconies upstairs. The stone and marble are presently being cut and we hope to have them on time for when the prayers start, inshallah. Your dua would be welcome as well as any donations to cover the cost. We also have a few other loose ends to meet such as all of the details of the sound system.
And our success is from Allah alone.
Sincerely,
Umm Sahl
