Masjid Al-Farooq Derby was established in March 2017, starting from humble beginnings the Masjid was situated on Western Road (Normanton)

After out growing the Masjid, it was decided to purchase a new building to help facilitate the growing congregation and the Muslim community

March 2017 marked a big moment for Masjid Al-Farooq Derby moving into its new building on Mill Hill Lane

Masjid Al-Farooq Derby since has been providing facilities for its Muslim community which range from, 5 daily prayers, janazah, Nikah, evening and weekend classes for kids and much more

Due to COVID-19 all activities have been suspended costing the Masjid hugely

Normally during Ramadan we raise around £30,000 to help with the yearly running costs of the masjid.

Unfortunately with the COVID-19 lock down we are unable to do this
