Iʼm raising £2,500 to Help Pay For Urgent Medical Treatment for Two Beloved Marrakech Ex Street Dogs

Don't have time to donate right now?

Story

I am reaching out on behalf of Help Adopt Moroccan Animals, a wonderful animal shelter in Marrakech that currently cares for over 200 animals. They find themselves in a critical situation and urgently need your generosity.

Two of their cherished dogs, Boussole and Dana, have been with them for years, and are suffering from a vaginal leiomyoma, a painful tumour that is seriously impacting their well-being. Sadly, no vet is willing to intervene without advance payment, and the suffering of these two souls is becoming unbearable.

They have received an estimate of £1,200 for the surgery and post-operative care for each dog. Unfortunately, the shelter is at full capacity and financially drained, making it impossible for them to cover these essential costs without your help.

Boussole and Dana have shown incredible resilience over the years, patiently waiting for their forever families. Today, they are fighting for their lives. Each day without medical intervention worsens their condition and increases their pain.

I kindly ask you to consider donating to our fundraiser. Every pound counts and will help us reach the amount needed as quickly as possible.

Please also share this campaign widely on social media, via email, or through any other platform you can think of. The more people who see this message, the faster we can act to save these dogs.

Today, it is truly a matter of life or death for Boussole and Dana, who have already endured so much. With your support, we can give them a chance to heal and rediscover their happiness.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and compassion. Together, we can make a difference for these innocent beings and the many others in our care.

With her soft caramel fur and soulful eyes, Boussoles radiates warmth and love, captivating everyone who meets her. Boussoles is not just a shelter dog; she is a mother, who was pregnant when she joined Betty at the shelter. Alongside her own gorgeous puppies, she took in a litter of tiny, abandoned souls found huddled in a cardboard box.. With a heart as big as her gentle spirit, Boussoles nursed them with unwavering devotion. The reality that her life could be ended when a simple operation could save her is a heartbreaking truth.

The girls aren’t doing great and more support is needed. They have all the potential to live happy and healthy lives. They just need help with getting this operation.
