We can't deny we are fortunate to have a wonderful new purpose built school and have enjoyed our first nine months learning and working together in our beautiful school. We are however the primary school in Harrow with the smallest playground space per pupil compared to all other Harrow schools. Leaders, Teachers and our fantastic Friends of Marlborough have worked really hard to improve our play and lunchtime experience. They have been tirelessly fundraising for the children and even managed to win a £5,000 grant from Tesco's Bags for Life. We have managed to buy small play equipment such as a four in a row, a giant chess and draughts boards but very little else. With school funding being cut and school budgets decreasing, we need all the help we can get from our school and wider community to help develop each of the outdoor spaces at Marlborough Primary School. With your help, no matter the amount, we can create a playground experience for everyone to enjoy and benefit from. Please dig deep and help this worthwhile cause.
