Story
In June 2018 my Dad was admitted as a resident at Cholwell House ,a care home who specislise in Dementia and Parkinsons care . The change to all our lives has been amazing and I want to do something however small to say thanks to these amazing people who have made him so happy . On the 21st July 2019 myself and my good friend Craig will cycle from Bristol to the Complete Business Office in Swansea some 100 miles away I have chosen this date as the following day will be my parents 56th wedding anniversary and mums 79th birthday . I hope you can find a couple of pounds to help towards my target

5 years agoSad to report the death of my father.he passed away peacefully in his sleep on the morning of 17th May 2019 Due to these circumstances I will be postponing the ride until September , The suggested date is 15th . Because of the logistics of covering the ride we are now looking to travel to and from bath on the Cycle path 5 times thus covering the same distance .

6 years agoWow back on the bike this weekend , static admittedly but still it was nice to get the first 20k ride done with no real worries after 5 years out of the saddle !!

6 years agoSo I have now decided on the route this is from my house top our sales office in Swansea and although slightly less than 100 miles i think will prove very challenging
