Story
Cancer and Mental illness effect all of us. We all have had a loved one, friend or family member that we have seen being affected by these things and on many occasion both, please help Katie and I raise money to support these vital resources.
Oh and if it helps you to dig a little deeper we are running a marathon.

8 years agoSo I did my final biggish run .... I got 3 miles in and did a fairly spectacular commando roll in front of a family on a Saturday morning cycle Grazed and bruised but have not managed to get out of the marathon
