Make A Difference this Christmas: Brighten Young Lives from Care!

This Christmas, we are raising money to host a special party for youngsters from care across Derbyshire and Staffordshire.

No one should be alone at Christmas, and this sentiment is very close to our hearts. We are passionate about making a difference, even if it's just for one day. For the past five years, we've had the privilege of bringing hope and joy to a remarkable group of young adults and teenagers from care during the holiday season. Notably, during this time, we haven't lost one child to suicide, thanks to your support.

These incredible youngsters have been through so much, having grown up in care after enduring difficult childhoods. Now, they find themselves on their own, living in bedsits or sheltered accommodation, solely responsible for their well-being. Through no fault of their own, they must navigate life without the safety net most of us take for granted. The burden of this hardship takes a toll on their mental health, leaving them feeling isolated and lonely.

These young people have already faced so much in their lives, and we want to give them a chance to experience a truly magical Christmas. That's why we're hosting this special party. It's a chance for these young people to come together, have some fun, and feel loved and supported.

To make this all happen, we're enlisting the help of an army of Santa's Elves, to put a smile on each and every young person's face.

Your donation will help us to make this Christmas special for these young people. It will help us to provide them with a delicious Christmas meal, entertainment, and a gift hamper to take home.
