I am doing a fundraising cycle of 100 miles in one month starting this week. This is in memory of our M&S friend Jack Dore and to raise money for my local mental health charity Changeschp.org.uk. Jack was 25 years old when he took his own life a week before Christmas last year. Jack was funny, intelligent, good looking and caring, there was never a dull day when Jack was around. His family and friends miss him more than any words can ever express. Better funded and more accessible mental health support is vital for people like Jack, young or old, male or female, to be able to get the support they desperately need so they don't feel that there is only one way out. Changeschp.org.uk is a mental health and wellbeing charity based in Musselburgh, East Lothian who provide support, therapy and activities for people suffering depression, anxiety, panic, low self esteem and negative thinking.
