Hi everyone, just a wee update to let you know Dan's bench will be installed at Rozelle Park near the entrance to the duck pond(currently drained!) on his birthday 13th March. We have asked our local Minister to come along and dedicate/bless it at 4.00pm and you are welcome to come along and join us and see what you have achieved with your kindness and generosity. <3

Hi everyone, just thought I would give you an update on where we are at with our memorial bench. We have met with the council and been given the go ahead to site it in our preferred location. We are hoping this will happen on Dan's birthday - 13th March, all being well. We are so excited that this is all becoming a reality and it will make his birthday all the more special to have his bench in place. I can never thank you all enough for your kindness and generosity and I hope you all get a chance to see the bench and know you made it happen. xx

Hi folks, thank you so much for continuing to donate even though we reached our target with amazing speed and generosity from you all. The final total for the bench looks like it will be in the region £1150 - £1200 including delivery and siting so we are very grateful for the extra donations received. If we raise more money than needed we will donate the surplus to local charity Beautiful Inside & Out SCio who do wonderful work supporting those affected by suicide. Once again my heartfelt thanks to you all for making this happen. xx

Getting excited at the prospect of ordering Dan's memorial bench. We now know where we will be ordering it from and pretty much the design - just need to decide on the wording for the plaque. Thank you everyone who donated for making this happen, it means so much to us. xx
