Story
Lydney Tennis Club sits in the heart of Lydney‘s sporting community. It‘s an inclusive club for all ages and abilities. We are striving to improve the facilities to enable the club to grow, flourish and encourage new members. In December 2020 we encountered the second severe flooding episode of the year and are now working hard to fundraise to help with the repairs and renovation of our facilities.
The juniors of the tennis club are taking on our ‘Road to Roland Garros‘ challenge. This involves the juniors collectively walking or running the 347 miles from Lydney Tennis Club to Roland Garros, Paris, in time for the start of the French Open on the 17th May 2021. We will update the tennis club website and our social media channels weekly with their progress.
Any donations on this page will provide much needed funds for the tennis club for which we will be extremely grateful.
