Hi, my name is Lucy Fieldhouse . I was diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa at the age of 15 . I spent too many months of my adolescent years deprived of a life , being a shadow of my former self and floating around like a lost soul. All of my relationships were snatched away from me , friendships crumbled and Lucy was just a memory occasionally entering my toxic mind .Since then I have spent 18 months in and out of hospital as an inpatient trying to beat this horrendous illness. Now at the age of 17 , I am in a place where I am ready to use my experience to help others in similar situations and hence the reason I'm here telling you a bit about myself. On the 6th October 2018 i will be doing a skydive ( THE 'BIG JUMP' for Beat which is a brilliant charity which aims to use money raised to help raise awareness of eating disorders and help those battling achieve a better way of life . Unfortunately this is a topic which is too close to my heart but I am ready to use my experience to make a change. I would really appreciate any donations no matter how big or small.
