On Wednesday September 18th 2019 our 19 year old daughter Lucy suffered a spinal stroke. This has left her paralysed from the chest down. After 5 hard months in 2 hospitals away from her family and friends, Lucy has been undergoing physio at GWH once a week. After lockdown ends, Lucy has been referred to Neurokinex a specialist spinal treatment centre in Bristol. We’d like to raise as much money as possible to be able to fully realise the benefits of this amazing place. I will be arranging various sporting events over the next few months including, walking half marathons, golf, football, cycling and tennis. Any donations are gratefully appreciated towards helping Lucy achieve her recovery goals.
