We are wanting to raise money for baby Lilith, she is 21 months old who was just recently diagnosed with high risk neuroblastoma cancer. She is stage 4 and we would like to raise money to support her and her family in this hard time.
Lilith parents started to notice Liliths left eye going a yellow colour but she hadn't banged it. They mentioned this to the doctors and hospital but no one listened to their concerns and they were brushed off. They took her to the doctors numerous times and were sent to children's A&E where they were told she had viral infections, yet no testing was done. They asked can they do a CT scan or an MRI, but kept sending them home, until the 5th time they went they refused to leave until tests were done. She was given a blood transfusion and that was when they noticed a lump above her left eye. They said to the nurses who said she probably just banged it. The doctor examined her the next day to find more lumps on her head and she was then sent for emergency CT scan, and that night after 6 weeks of Lilith being severely ill, they were told that there was lumps all over her skull and that it was looking like cancer.
Lilith was transferred to another hospital hours away from home and her family to a cancer ward where she had gone through MRI tests and more CT scans. This is where they found the cancer to be in her abdomen attached to one of her kidneys. It is fast spreading and has already spread over most of her tiny body. It's on her left side of her brain and optic nerve which she could lose her sight in that eye, or potentially both. She has tumours in her chest and are starting to attack her lung. she has had biopsies of the tumour and her bone marrow, which has been confirmed to have spread to. She will need a bone marrow transplant. She currently has already had 2 rounds of chemotherapy.
