I've raised £2000 to help Love Zimbabwe charity ship books for the library and learning centre. Thank you!

In 2016 Love Zimbabwe charity started the process of building a library and learning centre during the first student trip with the charity and Lampeter university. Since then, every student trip has contributed to the construction of the library in collaboration with the local community. Now, the library is Finished!
In April 2018 we held our book launch where we started to collect books for the library, and we have been collecting books since then. We are grateful for all the books that have been donated, thank you. We just need to ship them to Zimbabwe now!
Background information:
The community have requested this project because school fees are incredibly expensive and consequently, many children cannot go to school. There are no public libraries in Mashonaland East District, which is why the community felt that this project is needed. There are no decent quiet places for after school study in the village and local schools do not provide books for the public. This library will provide an opportunity for after school study for those who are in school. It will also offer access to books and the internet for everybody in the local community, including children who are not in school. The project will provide a platform for community links and social networks between the UK and Zimbabwe.
Please help us ship all the books that have kindly been donated from Abergavenny to Zimbabwe
Thank you very much for your kind donation.
