Help Louis and His Family Make Beautiful Memories at Disneyland Paris

Our sweet grandson Louis, who will be 4 in November, was born with only half a heart. His condition is incredibly complex, and sadly, we’ve already experienced the loss of his dear friend Faith, who also had half a heart and passed away at just 22 months old.

On October 29th, Louis will undergo a critical surgery to determine whether he is eligible for the next operation. But with the delicate nature of his heart, we know that complications are likely. As heartbreaking as it is to say, the doctors have prepared us for the possibility that Louis may not have much time left with us. Whether we have a few months or a few precious years, we’re living with the constant fear of losing him.

Despite these challenges, Louis is an amazing little boy who has a zest for life and a smile that lights up every room. He loves to steal the show and brings joy to everyone who meets him. He’s truly living his life to the fullest in the time he’s been given.

Louis has one big dream: to visit Disneyland Paris. With two other children in the family, this trip is financially difficult, and the weight of caring for a child with such a serious condition has taken a toll on their everyday lives.
