2/2 The fire devastated the basement, stairwell corridor, bathroom, and melted wiring throughout the building meaning we need to rebuild floors, walls and ceilings and replace all electronics - no small task! The money raised thus far has been critical to our survival. We originally thought that we might open in time for Spooky Season (next week) but now we are setting sights on December. The extended timeline means we have also extended our fundraising goal. Can't wait to welcome you all back with open arms - whenever that may be!

Thank you all so much for your donations thus far. It is very peculiar getting to the end of august and not putting Halloween tickets on sale! We are hopeful that we can reopen this year but still pinballing between insurers and loss adjusters while we figure out who pays for what and when that may be possible. As many of you know this was a senseless Arson attack. Seven people were asleep in the apartments above our home on Eversholt street when the restaurant was firebombed. 1/2
