I've raised £1000 to Little Ant’s Funeral

Today 26th November, Little Ant gained his angel wings and became a super hero all in the same day, aged 20.
Anyone that knew Antony knows he had a challenging life. Living with duchenne muscular dystrophy he had many limitations but it never stopped him being happy and living his life to the fullest possible.
As he would say often “I’m happy”.
We have always felt very lucky getting him to 20 but it doesn’t make loosing him any easier. Antony was wheelchair bound and most recently had lost his ability to eat, which was one of the last joys he had, to see it taken from him hurt.
Antony had a heart attack and his body was too weak to stay on this earth, he was ventilated and kept alive so that he could go on to save other lives by donating his organs. He left this world surrounded by his family listening to his favourite songs by Michael Jackson.
He has two matches for his kidneys which makes all this sorrow turn into hope for the recipients. This has given great comfort to all of his family. Antony had a great love for marvels super hero’s and always wanted to be one when he grew up, today he has fulfilled his dream.
Antony had planned his funeral in great depth and this fundraising would massively help us to fulfil his last wishes.
Please if you can contribute anything to making his send off as a beautiful super hero the very best it can be, we would be forever great full.
We watched him fade away as we knew he could not stay, but he will live on in our memories and on this earth he has helped others live on too. We are thankful for the laughs, tears and memories he has given us.
Forever proud, Forever a hero.
