We are currently putting together kits to send to children who are being super brave in hospital fighting long-term illnesses.

The pack will contain a set of age-appropriate comic books as well as a kit to make their own comic.

I was diagnosed with Cancer in 2013, Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, and during my stay in hospital, I turned to books and comics to get through the long repetitive days. I would like to give that experience to the children I feel are the real superheroes in life, who take on the challenges of long-term illnesses with a strength that is unmeasured.

Every child deserves to know they are a superhero as well.

The money raised here will enable us to make better kits for the kids and the kit will include, a pre-paneled comic book - ready to draw in to for the kids to create their own hero adventures, as well as a series of sticker sets - custom made by generous artists to be used in the comics. Finally, the kit will also provide the children with all the pens, pencils and crayons they will need to bring their comic to life.

The more money we raise the more of these kits we can make which means the more children we can help.
