Story
My two sons attend Cornerstone primary school and during the summer holidays they are all asked over the holidays to take part in the £1 challange, where they are given £1 to see what they can grow that into over the holidays. Many do cakes sales or craft but the boys like to do something different. Last year it was a 50 mile bike ride but this year, after learning about environmental damage, wanted to do a litter pick of the local community streets and woodland. They are going to use their £1 to buy bin liners, so looking for sponsorship to raise money for their school. They have sourced litter picking equipment from the local council and so will be able to do a number of sessions aiming to collect at least 10 bags of litter over the school holiday.
