I will be running a 3.5km race on Sunday with Andy Cross who will be doing the 10.5km race - we have decided to help raise as much as possible for the emergency services who have tirelessly helped all involved affected by the Manchester attack. Having lived my last 10 years in the most incredible city in the UK, Manchester, before moving out to Thailand, waking up to such heart wrenching news and feeling helpless 5000 miles away, I would like to do something, no matter how much we raise. I cannot even imagine what the families affected are going through at this time. Please donate what you can.. Heartbroken for the people of Manchester. Thank you :)
