In August 2019 our daughter Sophie was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. We would like to be able to give back to 2 amazing charities that have helped us along the way.
Milly's Smiles - ' having walked in parents shoes we understand the worry and uncertainty that comes hand in hand with a cancer diagnosis. We provide a Milly's bag that contains items that will help during the first weeks of their hospital stay. Simply put, if we can, we would like people to feel as though they have been given a hug, and that people do understand and care.'
Fight like a kid- ' we want to make your child smile- even if that's just for one of those horrible days. We know that every day matters and if we can make a child happy for at least one of those days, then that's one day less cancer has taken away fro you both'.
