Iʼve raised £1,082 to make life a bit more comfortable for relatives whose loved ones are in the unit for a while. A comfy chair, a radio, a box of biscuits.

Story
On the 20th of April, Robert Hamilton passed away with his family by his side. This was after a week long battle to revive him after a cardiac arrest. This bear of a man would do anything for anyone and in his memory, we want to raise some money to buy comfort for the relatives of those who take a while longer to recover or to pass away. A comfy sofa for the waiting room or a chair for the bedside, biscuits in the tin and soft music to comfort the patient in the small room. Let's do something positive in Bob's name.

7 years agoWe've reached the dizzy heights of £1182 which is beyond belief. I have to speak to the hospital tomorrow to get the ball rolling. Thank you to everyone who has contributed and spread the word. You have been amazing. The man himself would have been delighted to have done something worthwhile for the hospital. He always did believe in making his mark.
