Story

Both of our charities rely on public donations to carry out work enhancing safety and saving lives along our coast and the pandemic has decimated our usual opportunities to fund raise, but we are determined to start the new year with something positive.

On January 23rd we will be walking the Prosecco 5k around Barry Island in support of these charities. If you have an interest in safety on the water (or would just like to see four strangely-dressed OAPs doing their bit) and you have a spare pound or two please consider sending us a donation. Any amount, however small, would be hugely appreciated and would support life-saving organisations.

Any monies raised for Nell’s Point will help us upgrade our electrical distrubution system and, hopefully, reduce future electricity costs. Penarth RNLI would be better able to issue/replace expensive items of kit for the lifeboat crews.
