I was born with a rare liver disease called biliary atresia. I had my first big operation at only 5 weeks old because my body couldn't drain the bile from my liver so I was very yellow. This was a success for about 6 months when I was told I needed a liver transplant, which I went on to have at 18 months old. My dad was my living donor and donated part of his liver to which I am ever grateful.

I am on medication for life as my body will always choose to reject my new organ, but I live life to the full - dancing, cheerleading and keeping fit.

I have been given this wonderful opportunity to represent the GB Athletics Team and have been training hard with Thanet Athletics Club. We have to self fund our way there and it's expensive. Your support is truly appreciated.
