I've raised £10000 to support Harry's future

Hello, my name is Libby and I am organising a fundraising event called “All Things Orange” in February for my friend Harry.
Harry fell down some stairs on New Years Eve 2023 and sadly broke his neck and damaged his spinal cord, ending up paralysed from the neck down. 2024 has been difficult for Harry, as lots of time has been spent in hospitals and specialist spinal units miles and miles away from home. He is learning to adapt to a life of paralysis. Sadly, he is not expected to walk again or live a normal life anymore.
“All Things Orange” is a fundraising ball consisting of a 3 course dinner, auction, a disco, and other events. Every guest must wear or accessorise with something orange, as this is Harry’s favourite colour, and his symbol is the orange heart emoji – it’s become apparent that if there is a conversation regarding Harry, the orange heart emoji is sent as a symbol of support.
Proceeds raised will go to Harry and his family to help them adapt to their new world and raise money for any medical equipment (such as a hoist or stairlift), medical bills, travel costs, amongst other things.
This cause means a lot to me as I needed crucial fundraising for myself when I was 9, and Harry and his family (amongst many other kind-hearted people) helped raise the money which changed my life forever. Now's my time to give something back after all that was done for me, but I need your help to do so.
Please donate if you can, your generosity will go a long way, I promise!
Thank you for supporting Harry, his family, future, and All Things Orange.
