I am taking part in a four week NCS programme a national programme that takes part all over Britain. To graduate I must take part in raising money for a local charity or place in need. I have chosen to raise money for an elderly care home to help them buy items that will make their time at the care home happier. To do this I plan to cycle 238 km over 9 days on a sports exercise bike. I will be posting regular updates of my progress (follow me on Facebook to view).
