When I found out about my friends mum having cancer it was sad as I wouldn't want my mum to have it. I don't really understand what cancer is but I know it can kill you so I thought I would try and raise some money to help them help other families.

This is how you can help:-

1. Donate £2.50 per person

2. Run, walk, cycle, scoot, skip or even skate 5K. (please follow the governments guidelines on exercise).

3.Email me a screenshot of your activity (You can use Garmin, Fitbit, Strava, Map My Run/Ride etc to log it) and your address to my email address which is lewis.woody08@gmail.com

4. I will send you a medal if you want one (I will pay for the medals out of the money I raise).
