After a fantastic community spirit last year to donate towards our Christmas Tree on The Green we have sufficient funds to Carry on this year with our little band of helpers / elves.

Councillors Jim Bland & Kevin Holmes donated members funding to replace the lights which we hope you agree are brighter this year together with a new start for the top.

To recognise our efforts and in the spirit of Christmas we are this year raising funds for the local Food Banks of Kendal & Milnthorpe which are also the chosen charities of Plants on the Green.

Provides short term emergency food parcels to people in the villages and areas of Milnthorpe, Arnside, Storth, Heversham, Beetham, Crooklands, Holme and Burton
