Story
The education of children in Kenya about the importance of living with and protecting wild animals is essential if we are to preserve wildlife for future generations. Myself and Entim Camp are supporting the Mara Meru Cheetah Project in this project to print fun educational books (entitled "Let's Go Wild!") for children about wildlife. The books are already designed (see the photo of the mocked-up cover) and ready to print and we need to print a minimum of 1000 to get the print costs down.

10 years agoThank you everyone so much for your pledge and support! We now need to total all the donations up less fees and find out a total number of books we'll be able to print. I'll update you all once we know that and also post pictures of the books themselves and me delivering some to Molibany Primary School in June. Thank you again, let's hope in some small way we are helping to protect the wildlife for future generations.

Talek River, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya
After working in PR for 20 years I now live a split life, spending up to three months a year in the Maasai Mara in Kenya where I am trying to build a career as a wildlife photographer. I am now actively involved in local school and conservation projects locally here in Kenya.
