Iʼve raised £100 to I want to buy a minimum of 100 emergency blankets for the homeless to support them in the cold weather.

Story
Working with a local charity to help the homeless I want to supply some emergency blankets to help keep out the cold, wind and rain during this cold spell.
I can get 100 blankets for £43 so I'm sure just a 50p donation will all add up and we can soon get to this total and I can place an order.
It's just a simple thing but can really make a difference on these cold nights. I will give the blankets to 'Scouse Kitchens lending a hand' to support them in their work on the streets.

9 years agoJust a small amount in donations now needed to cover VAT and delivery but if I get more donations I will either purchase more blankets or pass the additional funds to a local Homeless support charity. Thanks again everyone.
